The service

Lead Harbour finds public posts from people asking for products like yours and suggests replies. You decide whether to reply, and you send every message yourself from your own accounts.

Free leads and plans

New accounts get 5 free leads, once per person and store. Pro costs $29 for the first month, then $49 per month, or $199 per year. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Refund guarantee

If you reply to your leads during your first paid week and receive no replies, email us within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund that payment.

Your responsibilities

Follow the rules of each platform you reply on, don't spam, and only make offers you can fulfil. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guarantee of sales

We find people who are asking for what you sell. We can't guarantee replies, orders or revenue, and leads may occasionally be out of date or a weaker fit.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
